The UK's first ever Shelleython took place in Horsham on the weekend of 31st July and Ist of August 2021. In this sponsored event, a team of volunteer readers from across the vast community of Shelley enthusiasts, undertook a marathon reading of Shelley's complete poetic works: a collection of 450 poems. We raised £2500 towards a permanent, public memorial, in Horsham, to the great Romantic poet, Percy Bysshe Shelley. The event took place in public at three locations in Horsham Park, and via ZOOM.  See below to find out more about what happened.
